Our filter made-ups serve mainly pharmaceuticals ( API & Formulations) , Dyes & Pigments, Speciality Chemicals, Oil, Food & Beverages , Power, Steel , Cement & other process industry. We manufacture wet filtration made-ups such as Centrifuge Bags, Filter Press Bags, Nutsche Bags & Sparkler Filter cloths. The dry filtration made-ups include FBD bags, FBP Bags, FBE Bags, Bonnet Filter Bags and Dust Collector bags compatible upto 250 deg cel. All the filter made-ups can be supplied in high grade antistatic variant approved by certified labs.
The company's manufacturing facility is equipped with imported modern technology CAD based laser cutting machine in cleanroom environment. The latest industrial sewing machine along with robotic cutting ensures precise dimensions of our final filter made-ups. All the filter made-ups undergo thorough checking and finishing prior to computerised labelling & packing. We currently convert approximately 1.5 Lakh sq.mtrs of filter fabrics into made-ups annually.
